Translating ancient Latin texts until your eyes are about to bleed... Not as much fun as it actually sounded at the beginning of the semester. And I would not actually be surprised if my eyes are actually bleeding just a bit. Latin is going to slowly kill me in one way or another. As is my side project of trying to use Latin and Hungarian to figure out more of the Etruscan language. Which is not going well either. Probably because I try to do it at 3 AM... Yeah, that's about it. That's quite enough to make about anyone exhausted. Orchestra concert went rather well, at least in my opinion. Car wash... Not so well. If I'm going to get soaked, I'd rather it be on my own terms rather than have a bucket of water thrown over my head. First chair Viola I think fell asleep in her chair and missed her short "solo" that was supposed to cue the rest of us. Thankfully the rest of us were paying attention enough to know, but not so sure if she's going to be able to maintain her seat. Not that I want it, but I wouldn't get turned down if offered. Reminds me I should probably go practice, but I'm afraid to do too much in my room and annoying my neighbors. That's not exactly the way to win friends and influence people to do much other than throw things at me. Thank goodness it's Wednesday. It's all downhill from here. (5 comments | Leave a comment)
